We noticed that the staff is recommending a redesign of the bridges to
Council.  We wanted to thank you for the time you spent going over the
project with us, and are grateful for your decision to redesign and rebid.
We were excited about the possibility of constructing the bridges but were
quite concerned about the jobsite dynamics and long term maintenance issues.
