I have a few items to clarify:

 

1.       Will permit fees be waived?

2.       Will the Contractor be required to obtain a right-of-way permit from the Town?

3.       Article 1.2 under Insurance (Provision 29 in Phase 1C) refers to an attachment on Workers Compensation Rules. Is that what was included as Provision 30 or maybe the end of Provision
30?
