Clay has requested that Tom and I assist on this project throughout the design phase.  I understand that you have requested property access upstream of  the bridge to perform some topo
work.  I reviewed a drawing last week from ICON which showed some contours upstream of the Bella Bridge which indicated to me that some survey work had been performed in this area. 
I have requested from Joel any survey information upstream which he may have from the park project.  I will keep you informed of my findings.

 

I am also beginning our contact with the adjacent property owners you requested should the information ICON has is inadequate for your needs.  

 

Could you please explain where exactly you need permission and access.  A pdf showing the area would assist us in explaining to the owners your needs.
