Final Action Action Revise and resubmit (Rejected) Memo Andrew, we've reviewed the pedestrian bridge submittal and have a few concerns. These are addressed on page 1 of our response. One of our concerns is the appearance of the bridge; the model appears to be more similar to a Capstone instead of the Keystone we requested. Specifically, the ends of the bridge are more "squared off" than what we intended and what the Town of Addison and UDR approved. (The top chord of the truss ends at a point some 28" above the bridge deck instead of at or below the bridge deck.) We have asked Contech about our concerns and have been informed that it is, in fact, a modified Keystone structure. While we accept their response, we are still concerned about the willingness of the Town of Addison and UDR to accept the perceived change. For this reason, we are forwarding this response to the Town's attention and look for their positive response before approving the submittal.
