Clay,

It appears that the District will need the Town's assistance in getting the 6” bypass and the OS&Y valves on the bypass and on each side of the meter.  The contractor is telling us that
they are not able to complete this work at a reasonable cost, or in a reasonable amount of time.

It is my understanding that the Town can order and install these items in approximately three days.  If this is the case, we would appreciate the Town's assistance.

Please let me know if this is a possibility.
