The Town of Addison has requested that the plans for the DISD natatorium include a new meter vault.  This is because the new water line being built for fire suppression is deeper than
the existing water line so therefore is not on the same grade as the shallow water meter vault.    The Town is participating by providing and installing a new water meter.  This plan
review comment was not made previously because the difference in depth between the proposed new fire suppression line and the existing vault was not apparent since the devices were on
two separate plan submittals.  The elevation difference would require construction of significant thrust blocking that is not practical.
