Per our conversation – here is what I feel I need to accept this as a solution –

 

I will need the location for the  m/h  with line, station # and proof that it is on the private side of the system.

 

Additionally -

the detail needs to show the flow line elevations and

how far is it up stream to the next m/h or c/o.

 

What else do you think needs to be provided for this to be a acceptable solution?
