It is for an 11’ right turn lane that is 200’ long with a 150’ transition. Maybe it does not need to be this long, but this would allow stacking for approximately 11 cars before they
are sitting in Spring Valley and there is adequate room between their driveway and property line to fit this in. These are the kinds of issues that the TIA should answer.
Do I need to include the left turn lane as well? It would effectively double that number.

This includes sanitary and water extensions. Also, we should also add money for the left turn lane on Spring Valley.
Do you know the status of the traffic study? It would help to see their recommendations for the physical road improvements in the report.
