Ron/Chris-

 

Bianca and I met with Ivonne Durant this morning to discuss the community tie in process for the new Addison school.  She outlined the attached process.  Ms. Durant feels this process
should begin November 2010 to have a principal in place by January 2011.  

 

However, she did ask for our help with the traffic flow process.  Her concern through her work with the Anne Frank School is that there will be a great deal of traffic congestion and
safety concerns at the Addison school.  She asked Johnnie Burris, who is the principal of Anne Frank; to visit with the architects about her experience with the problems traffic congestion
causes at Anne Frank and the safety concerns if the traffic flow is not studied/handled before the school is designed/built.
