Attached is a PDF of the Dallas County Plat Book showing “ Alfred J. Loos Stadium & Fieldhouse”. I believe this is the plat reference you are finding in your GIS, although it’s not really
a recorded plat.

 

As discussed, my understanding is that the City will allow us to go straight to Final on this without submitting a Preliminary Plat , and you would prefer that plans are submitted at
the same time but will work with us.
