Jack I have attached a copy of the sleeve invoice; however, the Town has already paid the supplier directly.  Maybe we can keep this and submit for reimbursement when other charges for
the school landscaping, etc. are incurred.  I am beginning to get invoices from TBG for some of the design work.  It may be best to submit reimbursement to DISD once each quarter.  What
do you think?

I have also attached copies of the charges related to the sleeving excavation and the water meter.  How do you want to handle these?  Do you want us to pay them and include them on our
list of reimbursements?

Just let me know.  I think we can be flexible based upon the Interlocal agreement language.  For your information the agreement states, "District shall pay Addison $300,000 for landscape
design, playground equipment, east side sidewalks, and sanitary sewer provided pursuant to this Agreement.  Such payment shall be made by District within (30) thirty days following Addison's
submission of an invoice for the same.  According to Clay Barnett, the Sanitary Sewer final cost was $58,679.50 leaving $241,320.50 for the landscape design, playground equipment, and
east side sidewalks.

It appears that the cleanest way to address the material cost for the sleeves is to have Ratcliff pay the supplier directly.  The District shouldn't have any issues with Ratcliff working
with Longhorn as the supplier as long as the cost is reasonable.
