The last sentence of Section 4.4 states = "Addison shall ever seek to charge a fee of drivers for the parking privileges herein provided."
 
1. I think that is supposed to say "never," not "ever."
 
2. Do we want to agree to that? Don't we normally charge for parking for Special Events?

I have a few comments/questions relating to the Interlocal Agreement:

 

Page 2 – Interlocal Agreement – Should paragraph 3.1 state that the Town, not the District, will design the playground and athletic fields?

 

Exhibit B – Under IC.  Revise to “Design and Provide landscape, irrigation, playground, outdoor lighting at playgrounds and west side of trail easement, learning garden, and athletic
fields”.  Also “Provide annual maintenance of campus landscaping, irrigation, and athletic fields.”

 

Under IIE – Recommend District pay for all landscape and athletic field watering.
