Also, can you verify that 6 blacklines and one mylar are required for final submittal? This is what is shown on the Addison website, I just want to make sure it is correct.

Logan,

 

We need  to go ahead and finalize the plat for George Bush Elementary.  Attached is a file depicting the needed right-of-way and easements.  The 84’ x 45’ easement in the front is to
Oncor for a transformer and switchgear.  Additionally, we need to add a 20’ landscape and sidewalk easement along the entire front of the property.
