Tom Diehl has made arrangements with North Texas to have the gate unlocked and open for them to perform the sanitary installation (that way we will not have to demo the gate completely). Comments are as follows: 1. The meter on the double check must meet the Town of Addison meter specification and have a touchpad mounted on the lid. I have attached a detail that meets this specification. 2. The trench safety design must be sealed by an engineer licensed in the State of Texas. Also, would it be possible to go ahead and demo the gate at the entrance where the sanitary sewer pipe is going. The contractor for the Town does not have this item in his contract, which could delay the date of completion for the installation of the sewer line.
