Clay, We've been looking at the proposal for the emergency repair on Delta and we have some questions. We let Garver take a look too, so they can familiarize themselves with the contractor. Would you take a look at Tim's first comment? Joel and I are both uneasy about the proposal being a standard labor and equipment rate charge and not an actually proposal for the whole job. We just want to know what we're getting into before we start.
