Thanks for the precon agenda. I’ll use it along with our airport specific agenda during the precon.

 

I think it will be a good idea for Dave to attend the Precon and perform inspections. I was planning for Garver to lead the Precon, review shop drawings, respond to construction questions,
schedule testing, contractor pay requests, grant work, as-needed on site meetings, change orders, and final inspections.

 

I’ll email a notice about the Precon date and time later today.

I have attached a preconstruction agenda from our latest development.

 

Will Public Works be conducting the inspections?  If so, I would like to have Dave Wilde attend the preconstruction meeting.  You may also include the following under “Schedule:”

 

1.      Inspection Hours - Mon.-Fri. 8:00am-5:00pm and not on Town holidays. No inspection work will be performed outside of normal inspection hours unless special arrangements are made.
 Improvements installed and not inspected will be removed and reconstructed at the contractor’s expense.
