The FAA flight check for the Runway 15 and Runway 33 PAPIs has been scheduled for August 29, 2011 at 10:00am.  Given the FAA flight schedules, this was the earliest available time that
could be worked in without pushing this flight check back even further.  We realize the ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled between the times of 9:00am and 9:30am, so we are going to
work closely with the pilot performing the flight check to make sure we don’t incur any issues.  Darrell and Derek will need to be in radio contact with the pilot at all times to make
adjustments to the PAPIs as needed.  I will be receiving a phone call from the FAA Flight inspection field office on Monday morning to inform us of the estimated arrival time to Addison
from Oklahoma City.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding this information just let me know.
