Here is the agreement that adds preliminary design, final design and bidding services for the Runway Rehabilitation, Runway Lighting, and Airfield Drainage improvements. TxDOT had estimated
engineering fees for these improvements to be $1.22 million. Here is summary of the actual fees:

 

Preliminary Engineer's Report       $300,573

Prelim & Final Design & Bidding     $310,000

TOTAL to-date                       $610,573

 

With only construction support services remaining, we are well below the TxDOT budget.

 

We will execute our part the attached agreement and send it back to TxDOT this week. No action is needed from you, just wanted to keep you in the loop.

Attached is Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to increase the contract for Preliminary Design, Final Design and Bidding Phase for the Addison Airport project.

 

Please print three of the attached contract. Sign and notarize each set.  Return to the Aviation Division by March 18, 2010.  I will return an executed copy to your attention.

 

Also attached is the revised pay request for your monthly billing.
