Mark, Attached is Garver’s proposal to TX-DOT for the EMAS study. I expect that Daniel Benson is very likely to negotiate their proposed fee down a bit. I believe our matching share will be 5%, since this is coming out of the FY09 design grant. Speaking of fees, have you had a chance to review Garver’s proposed fee for the Taxiway Romeo RAMP grant work? I’d really like to get that project going as quickly as possible. RAMP grant expenditures have to be spent by August 31 and turned in to TX-DOT for reimbursement, so we need to get this work designed, bid, awarded, and constructed in four months or less.
