            Since TX-DOT has now cancelled the PER Review scheduled for 2/4, I would like to go ahead with the regular CIP meeting tomorrow (2/2) at the Service Center.  I have been
advised that Tim Siemens is out of Town, and will be unable to attend.  Will TX-DOT’s delay of the PER Review delay the project, or is funding still the critical issue?  I think it would
be helpful to review the schedule and where we are, along with our prospects for actually getting to construction this year versus next year.
