The attached submittal is for the sanitary sewer force main materials for the West Side hole relocation.  I have reviewed the materials against the Town of Addison requirements and the
NCTCOG specifications and everything looks good.  If you could take a look at this submittal and let me know if everything looks good for you all that would be great.
