Frank,

We are going ahead with the planned closure for this weekend. We are going to delay the full depth repair due to projected weather on Friday night. Weather permitting, we will continue
with the overlay from station 22+00 Saturday night. We also plan on opening phase 1 and closing phase 3 this weekend. If anything changes I will be sure to let you know.
