            Our next CIP meeting is scheduled for Tuesday December 1st
at 10am, which conflicts with the pre-Council meeting now set at that
same time.  We need to reschedule.  December 3rd or 4th looks ok for me,
would that work for everyone else?  What about getting the TX-DOT and/or
FAA people here to discuss our funding and timeline issues?  I certainly
understand TX-DOT's position that they cannot award a grant until they
have the funds in hand from FAA, but as we discussed in the last meeting
we need to see if there is some way to streamline or expedite the
process to give us the best chance of getting to construction on the
runway in summer 2010.
