Per our phone conversation, EAS will install a temporary fence on the airport side of the guardrail. EAS will also concrete encase the sanitary sewer line in the bottom of the Million
Air ditch where it lies under the proposed culverts.

Could we install the fence directly behind the guard rail?  This would be preferable to having it on the roadway side.

This photo was taken yesterday. It shows where the Million Air ditch headwall has been removed from the culverts under Westgrove. The contractor has requested permission to install a
temporary fence on the road side of the guardrail so that he can remove the existing fence and its concrete footing to form the new junction structure. Please let me know you are okay
with this plan.
