            It saddens me to hear of Alton Young’s passing.  I certainly understand the necessity of rescheduling the PER review meeting.

 

            Tuesday and Wednesday mornings are usually not good for us, on account of standing meetings we have in relation to City Council agendas and activities. However, we would
like to conduct the PER review at the earliest opportunity.  Wednesday 2/17 would not be ideal, but if we that turns out to be the best available date, it would be best if we could start
the meeting relatively early, at 8:00am.  As for possible alternatives, Thursday 2/18 will not work for us, but I have open dates on Thursday 2/11 and Friday 2/12 (which I suspect may
be early, but I thought I would throw it out there); I also have availability Monday morning (2/15) as well as Tuesday 2/16 and Friday 2/19.  I would prefer not to delay past Friday
2/19, so if Wednesday 2/17 is what you have available then we will just make that work as best we can.
