            Attached is my draft “progress update” for the runway construction, in which I try to explain the lime and sulfates problem without getting technical (or factually incorrect).
Please review and comment at your earliest opportunity: I think we need to alert tenants and users as soon as we can that Stage 1 may last longer than scheduled.
