Clay, We were able to find easements at both meter locations through our own research and an abstractor. The meter on Inwood has a 15’ utility easement dedicated via plat to ‘public utilities’. I would assume that TRA is considered a public utility. The meter on Spring Valley is covered by a utility and drainage easement. However, it is only dedicated to the Town per the easement document. The rights of the easement may be transferable given that the ownership of the asset in the easement is being transferred. I believe it’s up to TRA to determine if they will accept the existing easements. Would you like me coordinate with Jerry from this point? Thank you, Chris Robinson, P.E.
