Clay: The attached sketch shows a way to redirect Swofford lot runoff prior to their wall being rebuilt with drainage improvements. The low flow outlet can be small so that water ponds
behind the stone wall to 1.3’ before spilling over the primary overflow into an extension of the stamped concrete flume.
