Mr. Swofford (213-236-0391) called to say he is hiring a contractor to build a concrete wall in his backyard to hold up the fence.  The contractor will be submitting plans for review.
 Mr. Swofford just is looking for information on whether our status has changed any.  I told him we were still pursuing the path we had discussed.
