Clay: Attached are an updated drainage plan and a drainage easement for the Wismer property. There’s quite a bit of detail on it for a small project; however, there’s a rationale for
the details that we can walk you through. 

 

If a follow up meeting with the Wismers and a meeting with the property owner to their north can be arranged when we’re on-site with the Swoffords, which will be save time. I’d like
to walk all the parties through the drainage plan and its impact on them before we get final contractor bids.

 

We’ve obtained the following estimates for this project based on the previous two options (attached topo layout pdf). Our updated drainage plan is a modified version of Option 2. These
landscape contractors were recommended by Slade. The low estimate is in green; however, I’d expect it to increase somewhat with a final bid. Nevertheless, it’s in the range we’ve talked
about.

Perhaps American Landscape Systems can permit and build the Swofford wall economically, especially if the timing works out such that they can do so while mobilized for the Wismer project?
I think its worth mentioned to the Swoffords with the understanding that their work won’t hold up the Wismers.

Nancy & Clay: I called Roy this afternoon to let him know that we would not be coming back by his house to meet today. He asked me about what we were proposing with the Wismers so I
provided him with an update. He seemed pleased with our drainage solution and did not express any reluctance to put their wall/fence back where it is. I strongly encouraged him to permit
the new wall.

 

I’m out of the office until next Tuesday. In the meantime, Chris will be working on the revised drainage plan.
