Nancy & Clay: Attached is a proposed drainage easement document that we received from Lark Swofford. There is no recording information shown on it. Our surveyor searched the County web
site for the period from 01-01-1990 to 01-01-1995 but was unable to find this easement. If the Town keeps a file of recorded easements, we’d suggest checking for this document. Alternatively,
I could ask Lark to find and fax their lot survey to see if it shows up (although when I asked him for it during my previous phone call, he deflected my request to the drainage easement
document). Please let me know if you’d like me to follow up with him.  

 

Please note that the proposed approach in my previous e-mail is not subject to this drainage easement being recorded.
