I have never heard about him.  I am working for the Owner through his architect.  I will email both of them and ask the same questions I posed to you.

He said he was the owner’s rep for the project.  He has been calling and asking for the status everyday last week.  He just forwarded a geotech report for the project, which he had to
get from somewhere.
