We are scheduled to take the Bella Lane to the June 8th Council meeting.  Clay will be presenting this item along with providing a status update of the construction spending from the
Master Facilities Agreement.  

Also, Town staff interviewed engineering firms to design Spring Valley Road.  Both DISD and UDR and Dallas County are participating in partial funding of the project.  We selected Mike
Romanowski with Halff Associates to design the project and he committed to complete the design so that we can advertise and award the construction contract to meet the timeframe for
DISD's opening of the George Herbert Walker Bush Elementary School in August 2011.

Our proposal was submitted to the Town on April 20th.  It has to go to
Council for approval, and the Town has not yet done that yet.
