Per our telephone conversation today, attached are the proposed AT&T duct bank infrastructure plans related to the extension of Vitruvian Way north to Spring Valley Road.  Bid plans
for Vitruvian Way Extension are out for bid in conjunction with another project, Spring Valley Road improvements prepared by Halff Associates.

The proposed AT&T duct bank facilities shown in the plans are consistent with the previous Vitruvian Way AT&T duct bank infrastructure, now in place, and is to provide a path for telephone
service to future development. I have attached sheets CS, 3, 5, 6, 10, 15, 21, 22, 25, 27, 28 & 29 (one file) of the bid plans for your reference.  Sheets 27, 28 & 29 are the duct bank
plans.
