Bruce,

 

DISD is looking to participate in the improvements of Spring Valley.  They have asked for some additional exhibits to take to the school board.  They are looking for the following:

 

1.	The exhibit that was sent earlier only with all of the improvements turned off except the school site, i.e. an aerial photo with only the school improvements shown.  They want to
illustrate how the school would not function without the intersection.
2.	The exhibit that was prepared earlier except that they want to turn off the utilities with the exception of the water, sewer and storm sewer improvements, i.e. turn off telephone,
electric, contours, ect.  They also want to make the roadway less difficult to see, another color perhaps.  You may also make the improvements for Vitruvian Way lighter so that it will
indicate that this is not included in the cost estimates provided.  There was a lot of confusion that the estimates included all of the bold improvements even after I told them that
the estimates were only for Spring Valley.
3.	They want to see an exhibit that transitions back at the bus entrance that looks like #2.  They also would like a cost estimate for this, which I believe you have already prepared.
