Thank you for talking to me this morning and I hope we can get a confirmation of the direction we are proceeding this week.  We would appreciate it if you could review the attached information
about the Vitruvian Way Extension and let us know if AT&T would like to partner as was done on the original portion of Vitruvian Way.  The contractor for the project received a Notice
to Proceed and started construction today.  Previously, AT&T provided the manholes and pipe for the contractor.  If there is a different plan, we need to know so we can order the materials
for the contractor.  The entire road widening project needs to be completed before next August and the opening of the new DISD Elementary School (George H.W. Bush Elementary) at Vitruvian
Way and Spring Valley.
