Icon is currently working on providing an irrigation design for that area.  The Town will suspend time for this work and it will not be included in the list of punchlist items.

Clay,

 

I sent an email on 8/5/2011 explaining that the Springhaven apartments do not have an existing irrigation system and therefore we will need to install an new system along the parkway
for the sod that will now be installed as part of our contract.  Because this is a new system, NTC needs direction on how the water will be fed to this area and whether it can be tied
into one of the new systems that we have installed.  Our landscape sub is working to complete all the irrigation work today along Vitruvian Way excluding this area on the west side.
 Please provide some direction regarding this or please allow this work to be excluded from the punch list and bonus as well.
