Carmen, Mr. Culin sent to you (1) a signed Temporary Construction Easement and (2) a partially signed (by Lemmons and their bank) and not-fully-complete Easement Agreement for Reciprocal
Access.  The Easement Agreement for Reciprocal Access is between Lemmons and UDR, and the Town has nothing to do with that.

Regarding the Temporary Construction Easement, the exhibit showing the temporary construction easement area is not correct.  The exhibit attached to what was sent to you shows a temporary
construction easement area with a total of 15,249 square feet.  The correct exhibit should include an area with a total of 12,834 square feet (see attached).

You apparently did not receive the permanent easement (Easement for Sidewalk and Utilities).  A signed copy (signed by Lemmons) had been sent to you by Lemmons last November, but it
was not consented to by the bank (Benchmark Bank).  That is one of the two items we have been waiting for – a fully signed original of the Easement for Sidewalk and Utilities signed
by Lemmons and consent to by the Bank (the other is fully signed original of the Temporary Construction Easement).

I’ll follow up and let you know what I find out.
