Logan, Attached are up-to-date preliminary design files for the proposed Spring Valley & Vitruvian Way Town of Addison project in PDF and AutoCAD formats. The same files that were previously sent are included except for the existing files which have not changed. As before, our design files are still preliminary and pending final scope of work decisions from the Town. All layouts west of the intersection (paving, drainage& utilities) are still preliminary and subject to change based on final decisions of the Town on the extent of the improvements to be completed. The alignment for the sanitary sewer line extension to the proposed school is now set. We will construct the manhole on the school property and provide a stub-out on your final alignment. Please provide your final alignment and proposed flow line (at the manhole) as soon as possible. With that information, we will finalize our design and start construction. Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information. Joel A. Massey Project Manager icon Consulting Engineers, Inc. Bicentennial Financial Center 250 W. The files included are as follows with each CAD file referencing the other: 1. SVRcEBS - Existing base 2. SVRcETO - Existing contours 3. SVRcPBS - Proposed Base 4. SVRcPST - Proposed storm drainage 5. SVRcPUT - Proposed utilities As we discussed yesterday on the telephone, our design files are still preliminary and pending final scope of work decisions from the Town. The Spring Valley Road & Vitruvian Way intersection layout should be very close to the final configuration. All layouts west of the intersection (paving, drainage& utilities) are preliminary and subject to change based on final decisions of the Town on the extent of the improvements to be completed. The alignment for the sanitary sewer line extension to the proposed school is also not finalized but is shown in the files in two different options. Both options should be acceptable for the school and we will coordinate and adjust our flow line to meet your constraints. Our preliminary sanitary sewer vertical design indicates that the flow line, at the school property line, should be around elevation 575.7 to clear the existing 16” water line in Spring Valley Road. It appears to us that this flow line will meet your needs. As is typical, our two projects are on different coordinate systems. I have used the south property line (north right of way of Spring Valley Road), near the intersection, in your CAD files for movement and rotation and had no problem aligning the two projects. We will forward updated files to you as we progress to the final design. Please keep us updated with your current CAD file(s). Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information. Joel A. Massey Project Manager icon Consulting Engineers, Inc. Bicentennial Financial Center 250 W.
