This is the first I have heard of it too.

Subject: FW: Spring Valley / Vitruvian Sod
It seems there is some consideration to change the hydromulch on Vitruvian Way to sod in the disturbed areas outside of the limits of construction.
NTC says they are waiting on direction here from me, but neither Joel or I knew anything about this.
I’m all for moving forward with what’s in the contract. Please let us know if you guys are thinking something different.
Thanks,
Eric

Ron Lee with the Town brought this idea up and he, Slade, Nancy and Clay have been discussing this. Let’s see what Clay has to say on this today.

I don’t see any reason to change that. Do you?

Eric,
Both sod and hydromulch are in the contract. The sod areas are as shown on the landscape drawing and the hydromulch is for other disturbed areas outside of the sod area.

Sorry, I didn’t know that was a question. I assume hydromulch is in the contract?

Eric / Clay
Has there been a decision made as to if we are going to hydromulch the Vitruvian portion of this project or are we going to install sod? If you could let me know soon on this as we
are going to have to have American order whichever we decide on and get it installed next week.
Thanks for the help
Andy
