Here are my comments concerning RFI #4.

Sheet 126 (VWE sheet 25) calls out two (2) lateral cleanouts at the end of two (2) 8”SS stub-outs for future use.  Sheet 127 (VWE sheet 26) shows details for both a “Lateral Cleanout”
(upper left) and a “Standard Cleanout” (lower left).  There are NO Standard Cleanouts shown on sheet 126.  The design intent was to install lateral cleanouts (T Connection with 4” riser)
at the ends of these two (2) stub-outs as they will be removed in the future when the 8” lines are extended to the final locations.  The Standard Cleanout detail specifies a riser size
of 6” with no main line size referenced.  This detail is not being used on the VWE project so the 6” riser does not apply.  The Lateral Cleanout detail should NOT reference a specific
main or lateral line size other than the riser, which is shown as 4”.  We will correct the detail for future use.
