The agreement stipulates that AT&T would contribute all of the materials and $35,000.  UDR is going to pick up the tab for the remaining $52,000 to install the duct bank.  I am not sure
what extra you are referring to.

I need to discuss with you the difference in cost for the manhole,  and
the placement of this manhole at Brookhaven Club Dr.  We are currently
trying to close out the current project. One manhole placement has been
deferred until a later time per changes we received 1/19/2011.  We need
to determine the amount of material and labor cost to subtract from the
final contract.  AT&T had already supplied the manhole and it needs to
be returned, or credit given, as well as the labor that would have
installed it.
