Mike,

The modifications to the agreement need to include:

	1) Changing the amount of the contract in Item 3c to $87,300.00.
	2) Specifying that the materials are to be delivered by January 10, 2011 as found in Item 4.
	3) Updating the contact information for the new area manager shown in Item 19.
	4) Inclusion of the duct bank plans for the project as attached to the previous email.

This constitutes all of the needed changes that I am aware of.

Thank you for talking to me this morning and I hope we can get a confirmation of the direction we are proceeding this week.  We would appreciate it if you could review the attached information
about the Vitruvian Way Extension and let us know if AT&T would like to partner as was done on the original portion of Vitruvian Way.  The contractor for the project received a Notice
to Proceed and started construction today.  Previously, AT&T provided the manholes and pipe for the contractor.  If there is a different plan, we need to know so we can order the materials
for the contractor.  The entire road widening project needs to be completed before next August and the opening of the new DISD Elementary School (George H.W. Bush Elementary) at Vitruvian
Way and Spring Valley.
