Clay- Attached are the revised landscape drawings that are affected by the UDR signage location. I have also attached the quantity/pricing changes that can be expected from North Texas
Construction. 

 

I plan to attend the weekly meeting this Thursday @10:30 to discuss the electrical and lighting options for the sign. These changes won’t affect the landscape drawings, but we would
like to be a part of the overall discussion. It is important for Icon and Halff to both be a part of this discussion. I have currently priced 4 of the tree up lights to be used for signage
lighting. We may need to use a different lens for the beam spread, but they will work. These additional lights are shown in the cost estimate. The light pole in front of the sign is
roughly 2.5’ from the nose of sign. These are all items that we can discuss at the meeting. Let me know if you need anything else prior to the meeting.
