Gary, Per our telephone conversation today, attached are sheets CS, 3, 5, 6, 10, 15, 21, 22, 25, 28 & 29 (one file) of the current and Bid plans for the Vitruvian Way Extension project. As you are aware, this project is to be constructed with the Spring Valley Road project, as prepared by Halff Associates, Inc., and we would like to make sure you have addressed any gas line conflicts for the Vitruvian Way extension portion. Below is a list of areas that we believe represent potential gas line issues: 1. Sheet 3 – Removal of 19 large trees & 12” water line in close proximity to the existing gas line. 2. Sheets 5 & 15 – Proposed and Future streetscape, landscape trees & street lighting in close proximity to the existing gas line. 3. Sheet 10 – Proposed storm drain line SD-A5 & SDA5.3 crossing the existing gas line. 4. Sheet 21 & 22 – Proposed water line W A12 & reconnection of existing water services in close proximity to the existing gas line. 5. Sheet 25 – Proposed sanitary sewer lines SS-B4 & SS-B5 in close proximity to the existing gas line. 6. Sheet 29 – Proposed telephone duct bank T-9 crossing the existing gas line. Please let me know if you have any questions or need any additional information. Please provide me a copy of your planned relocation work when you are finished. Joel A.
