The review comments are attached.  After taking a second look, we have found a way to avoid installing the drainage system.  We couldn’t get comfortable with area drains as the only
means of protecting the building from flooding.  The attached sketch shows how removing the curb and regrading a section of the parking lot will allow the door stoops and roof downspouts
to sheet flow into the parking lot. 

 

I also had some concerns about the proposed sidewalks.  So, I spoke to a Registered Accessibility Specialist who is qualified to review plans for TDLR.  Comments and a sketch have been
included.  

 

I realize this information is coming late in the game, but I think the revisions we are proposing will be a benefit.
