The Crown Plaza review letter is attached.  I have attempted to keep the comments to a minimum. However, there are still design issues to be addressed and certain critical items that
contractors will need to bid and construct the project. 

 

Is the Town going to be involved in the bidding and construction process?  I am concerned about how the contractors will react to the overall quality of the plans.
