We are ready to move forward on the expansion of the ballroom.  I dropped off six (6) sets to your office today.  I would like to meet with you to see if possible, I could get a civil
permit once you approved the plans then follow up with building inspections with the building permit.  

We would like to start work sooner than later.

Let me know a day and time that works best for you to meet and go over the plans.
