I spoke with Slade Strickland this morning and he confirmed the following:

1.)      The Irrigation Contractor can submit an As-Built Irrigation Plan showing existing and new heads and valves when he applies for his permit.

2.)      The Landscape Contractor can plant 3 new 4”-5” cal. Live Oak Trees instead of transplanting the existing ones. 

3.)      There are 5 existing Live Oaks instead of 6 on site.

Mr. Dalton, as we discussed this morning, I attached the tree removal/transplanting plan that was approved by the Town Council for the Crowne Plaza Hotel.  Please take a look at it and
let me know if this is what they intend to do.  Once I can get clarification on the trees, I will release the landscape portion of the building permit application.  I noticed that the
permit set of plans you prepared shows 7 trees to be removed, and 3 of the 7 to be transplanted.  I will go by the site today to confirm the actual quantity.  We will also need a irrigation
plan that shows the reconfigured sprinkler head and valve locations.
