yes chris, we were there before. this was what the owner wanted before, so he don't have to do as much site demo for the new building and save money. if we raise the finish floor to clear all grades on the building foot print, we'll have to make the new building FF to 602. and thats 3.5' higher than the existing floor. and the connection ramp from the old to the new building would be 70' long and we simply have no room for this. as you can see we had hard time moving the connecting ramp. and now we finally have an acceptable solution. respectfully chaucer On Thu, Apr 22, 2010 at 4:44 PM, Chris Robinson wrote: One more thought; can the finish floor be raised to a point where the doorways would be above the surrounding grade.
